For obvious aesthetic reasons there is a limit to the amount of characters that can fit on the badge so we would suggest a limit of 9 characters as a guide

Small - 70mm x 24mm x 3mm (3"x1")
Medium - 90mm x 30mm x 3mm (3-1/2"x 1-1/4")
Large - 122mm x 41mm x 3mm (5" x 1-1/2")
Please note. We will produce the emblem to the specified Length so height measurement may vary from listed sizes depending on the amount of characters in your chosen text
